"CONTACTS PERMISSION - when you use the feature to set contact ringtones, We need the permission to access your contacts. We will not store or transfer any contact information from your device. STORAGE PERMISSION - This permission allows us to use your local media to store ringtones or wallpapers locally. MODIFY SYSTEM SETTINGS - This access allows the app to set a ringtone, notification or alarm sound."

The app requests access to contacts, device storage, and system settings. While each permission has a stated justification, contacts access in particular goes beyond what a basic QR code scanner requires.

Even after account deletion, the company retains anonymized/de-identified versions of user data indefinitely for analytics, R&D, and algorithm improvement, with no deletion timeline and no further notice.

Account deletion does not fully remove user data — the company retains anonymized versions indefinitely and may also keep certain data for vaguely defined legal or security reasons.
