The app collects deep device identifiers including IMSI (SIM card identifier), eUICC ID, advertising ID, MAC address, and scans Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings — far beyond what a puzzle/match game requires for core functionality.

"When you use our Services, we may infer the generic physical location and geographic regions of your device from your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other device settings. For example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region."

The app uses multiple passive signals — Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IP address, and other device settings — to determine user location, which is excessive for a tile-matching puzzle game.

"We may disclose your personal information to business partners, co-sponsors of Promotions, and other third parties in order to provide you with Services that may interest you... We may disclose your personal information to vendors and service providers we retained in connection with our business such as: website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology, customer service, email delivery, credit card processing, marketing, and network maintenance."

Personal information is shared broadly with business partners, sponsors, advertising partners, analytics providers, and numerous service providers, creating a wide data-sharing ecosystem around a simple mobile game.

"We may use various tracking technologies to collect and store information about your use of our Services... we use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technology on our Sites and in our Apps, and we share certain personal information (e.g., identifiers and service and platform usage) to advertising partners to provide you with personalized ads on third-party platforms."

Oakever uses cookies, SDKs, pixels, advertising IDs, and device identifiers to track users across devices and platforms, sharing this data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral targeting.

"We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, we may still retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements."

No specific retention timeline is provided — data is kept indefinitely as long as Oakever deems it 'necessary,' and data may be retained even after account cancellation for broad purposes like resolving disputes.

"We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the date it was last updated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the 'Last Updated' date indicated above. We will provide additional notice to you if we make changes to this Privacy Policy that materially affect your privacy rights."

Changes take effect immediately upon posting with no requirement for user consent. While they promise additional notice for material changes, continued use constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

"If you are not able to do so or if you wish to terminate and delete your account, you may contact us at privacy@oakevergames.com. Following receipt of a request from you, we will take reasonable steps to make changes or delete your information as required under the applicable law."
