Randstad embeds tracking pixels in emails to monitor open rates and click-through behavior, and shares aggregated click data with advertisers.

Randstad shares personal information with its subsidiaries, group companies, and contracted partners, including for joint processing activities and international transfers.

Randstad can change the privacy policy at any time and treats continued engagement as acceptance of the new terms, with email notification only "where required."

"Before we grant you access to or deletion of your personal information, we must verify your identity. To do this, we will ask you to confirm information we have previously collected about you. If we ask you to verify your identity, and you do not promptly cooperate, we may be unable to fulfill your request. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your request within 45 days; however, if we need more time, we may extend the time frame 45 days and notify you."

Deletion requires identity verification through a web form and can take up to 90 days. There is no self-service instant deletion, and failure to cooperate with verification means the request may not be fulfilled.
