ALDI shares personal information broadly with service providers, business partners, and embedded third parties like Flipp, which can independently set tracking technologies on users' devices and collect data directly.

We may share information, typically information that has been hashed or otherwise de-identified or pseudonymized (including hashed email addresses), Usage Information, and location information, with third party advertising companies, analytics providers and other third parties for the purpose of serving you more relevant ads on and off the Services."

ALDI collects device advertising IDs and shares hashed email addresses and usage data with third-party ad companies to track and target users across platforms and services.

"To the extent allowed by applicable law, we reserve the right to change this U.S. Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised U.S. Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of any of the Services after the effective date of the revised U.S. Privacy Policy will constitute your consent to those changes to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law."

ALDI reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the service is treated as consent to new terms.
