"When you are playing the game on your device EQU8 is monitoring the device, analyzing the Game binaries and scanning the memory of the device for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheating in the Game. ... If you deny EQU8 to process your Personal data in accordance with the said privacy statement or request EQU8 to remove or delete your Personal data, Landfall Games, EQU8 or any third party has a right to block your access to the Game."

The EQU8 anti-cheat client scans your device's memory and monitors your device while playing. Refusing this invasive access means you are banned from the game entirely, making consent effectively mandatory.

"We may share your advertising ID with advertising in order to serving behavioral advertisements to you within the Game if you have given consent. ... EQU8 is storing information regarding cheating methods used in the Game ("Data"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using or playing this Game you give your consent that EQU8 may gather, store, share and publish Data."

Data is shared with advertising networks for behavioral advertising and with the EQU8 anti-cheat service, which can further share data with its own affiliates. Additional sharing occurs with unnamed third-party agents and contractors.

"Landfall Games may also collect and process other information when you interact with the Game online, such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using; the IP address or other unique identifier such as a device identifier of any of your computer(s) or device(s) that are used to access the Game. Such information will be collected and processed irrespective of whether you only access the Game or if you actually play the Game."

Device identifiers, IP addresses, and advertising IDs are collected from all devices used to access the game, even without playing, enabling cross-device tracking and identification.

"This Privacy Policy is subject to change and we may make any changes to this Privacy Policy as we see fit. Landfall Games will notify you of material changes by posting them on applicable game/app stores, and/or on the websites etc. Your continued use of our services and playing of the Game subject to this Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of Privacy Policy changes."

Landfall Games reserves the right to change the privacy policy at will, with no requirement for direct user notification or explicit consent — continued use is treated as acceptance.

"Personal Data are deleted or anonymized as soon as it no longer serves one of the above mentioned purposes and in any event no later than three (3) years after your interaction with us has ended. ... Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to other End Users or visitors of the Game."

Personal data may be retained for up to three years after your last interaction, and removed information may persist in backups for an unspecified "reasonable period" beyond that.

"Please note that if you exercise this right, your user license to use the Game and related services will cease automatically. ... If you withdraw your consent, we will cease processing of the Personal Data for which you have withdrawn consent, unless we have a legal obligation to keep some or parts of your data. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, your right to play the Game and related services will cease automatically."

Objecting to data processing or withdrawing consent automatically terminates your license to play the game, effectively punishing users who exercise their privacy rights.
