"If you have enabled the recording features of a Subscription Plan, we retain the recordings (and any related information) from your product during your recording subscription period so you can access your content during that time period. Additionally, regardless of your use of a Subscription Plan, we retain recordings you share on Ring Neighbors if you choose to participate in the Ring Neighbors feature."

Ring provides no specific data retention timeline or deletion schedule for personal information beyond subscription recordings, and retains Neighbors content indefinitely regardless of subscription status.
