"We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you."

Reinbow can change the terms at any time with immediate effect and no direct notice to users — continued use is treated as acceptance, placing the burden entirely on users to monitor for changes.

"When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include: Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers; Analytics companies; Your mobile device manufacturer; Your mobile service provider. These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information."

Multiple categories of third parties — advertisers, ad networks, analytics companies — collect data directly from users through the app via embedded tracking technologies, and this data may be linked to personal information.

"This App collects real-time information about the location of your device. If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or delete it from your device. We may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device including location data."

The app collects real-time location data, and the only way to opt out is to delete the app entirely — there is no granular control offered within the app itself for location tracking.

"The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information."

Reinbow claims the right to access a wide range of stored device data including photos, audio/video clips, contacts, and address book information — well beyond what a social app's core functionality would require.

"We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products and/or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary: To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf; To show that we treated you fairly; or To keep records required by law."

Retention periods are vague and open-ended — data is kept indefinitely after account closure under broad justifications like responding to potential complaints or showing 'fair treatment,' with no specific timelines given.

"Users may request account deletion at any time; however, due to technical limitations, account deletion may not be immediate and some data may still be retained. If a user believes their account has not been fully deleted, they must contact Reinbow Support for verification. Reinbow may retain certain user data as required by law, for fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute resolution."

Account deletion is not guaranteed to be complete, residual data may be retained indefinitely, and users must contact support to verify deletion — there is no reliable self-service deletion process.

"These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content."

Third-party trackers embedded in the app collect user activity across multiple websites, apps, and services over time, linking it to personal information to build behavioral profiles for targeted advertising.

"All purchases and transactions involving tokens and coins are final. No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued for any purchase of tokens or transfers of coins. Reinbow reserves the right to modify transaction policies, fees, or promotional offers at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes."

All in-app purchases are completely non-refundable, and Reinbow can change fees, commission rates, and transaction policies at any time without notice — users who continue using the app are deemed to have accepted the changes.
