When AppQuantum User downloads or installs and launches AppQuantum Application, the AppQuantum Application obtains the information about the Device ID that belongs to the device of the AppQuantum User, and tracks all the behavioral personal data aggregated on this Device ID."
AppQuantum uses Device IDs (IDFA and similar) to aggregate and track user behavior across websites, ads, app downloads, and app launches — building a cross-service behavioral profile tied to the device.
"The Controller can then transfer such Device IDs to the Processors determined in para.3.2.5 of this Policy for storage of this personal data. The Controller can also transfer such Device IDs to the Processors specified in para.3.2.2 of the Policy for the purposes of marketing and advertising analytics. Besides, the Controller can transfer Device IDs with aggregated tracking information to the Processors determined in para.3.2.3 of this Policy for the purposes of AppQuantum Application's marketing and promotion in application stores, other mobile and web applications, and social networks."
User Device IDs and aggregated behavioral tracking data are shared with multiple categories of third-party processors for attribution, analytics, advertising, and marketing purposes.

AppQuantum retains and continues to process personal data for up to 8 years after a user deletes their account or stops using the service, an unusually long retention period.
"We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time and at our discretion. If we update this Policy, we will notify you about the updates by posting the new version of the Policy on our web-site https://appquantum.com/privpolicy. We encourage you to periodically visit our web-site to monitor the updates on Privacy Policy."
AppQuantum can change the privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion, with notification limited to posting on their website — no direct user notification or consent required.
"Your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or other kinds of Device ID that aggregate all the tracking information on how you use our Services through your device. Such Device ID can aggregate personal data on what web-resources the device user visited, which ads did the device user click, what applications for mobile devices did the user buy or download, how many application launches did the device user make."
The app collects advertising identifiers and Device IDs that aggregate extensive behavioral data including web browsing history, ad interactions, and app download/usage patterns beyond what a mobile game requires.
"When you launch the AppQuantum Application, we can also receive and process your personal data specified in para.4.1.7 of this Policy for purposes determined in Section 6 of the Policy. [para 4.1.7: Country of residence]"
AppQuantum collects the user's country of residence upon app launch, which combined with Device ID tracking suggests IP-based geolocation is used to determine location.

In the verifiable request, please identify your online identifier (such as Game Center ID) or other identifiers by which we can identify the personal data related to your use of our Services.
