"Some NBCUniversal Services can only be provided if we have your information, therefore deletion of your information will result in termination of such Services... We may delete or de-identify your information sooner if we receive a verifiable deletion request, subject to exemptions under applicable law... In addition, in the event you have an account that holds credits, point balances or other entitlements, we may continue to hold the account to allow you to obtain the benefit in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions."

Deletion requests are subject to broad exemptions, may result in service termination, and NBCUniversal may continue retaining account data for credits or entitlements indefinitely.
