Third-party ad networks embedded via SDKs in the apps directly collect personal information including device identifiers, geolocation, age, gender, and behavioral data from users' devices.

"Geolocation information is sold to Affiliates that are not under common branding; Advertising/marketing companies; Advertising networks; Data analytics providers; and Social networks. Third Party ad networks may collect and use geographic tracking and carrier network preferences."

Geolocation data is not only collected but actively sold to advertising networks, data analytics providers, and social networks.

"Third Parties may track and collect information regarding your on-line activities over time and across different online platforms (such as websites, applications, etc.). The delivery of ads to you may be based on IP address, device identifiers and other Personal Information gathered during your use of the Crazy Labs Apps."

The company acknowledges that third parties track users across different websites and applications over time using device identifiers and IP addresses to build behavioral profiles.

"Non-personal Information collected by us or our Third Parties may include technical information such as: type and version of operating system, device type/model, data regarding User behavior within Apps, our other installed Apps, User's in-app purchases including data regarding receipt validation, User's gameplay, and other predefined events and behavior relating thereto."

The company collects information about other installed apps on the device and extensive behavioral data including gameplay patterns, in-app purchases, and session details, which goes beyond core functionality.

"We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently to check for any changes. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Apps. Such material changes will take effect five (5) days after such notice was provided. Otherwise, all other Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated "Last Revised" and your continued use of the Apps on or after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes."

Non-material changes take effect immediately with no notice, and even material changes only require 5 days. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.

Aggregate and/or anonymous information may remain on our servers indefinitely."

There is no specific deletion timeline after account closure — retention is for an undefined 'reasonable period' with broad justifications, and aggregate data is kept indefinitely.

"You may request, by sending us an email to [email protected], to receive access to, amend, and/or delete your Personal Information. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that Third Parties do so, but we recommend you contact them directly. One Third Party we work with is AdMob. We cannot amend or delete your Personal Information collected and stored by AdMob."

Deletion requires emailing support rather than a reliable self-service option, and the company cannot delete data already shared with third parties like AdMob, meaning full deletion is effectively impossible.
