Collecting battery level, Wi-Fi signal strength, and free disk space goes beyond what is necessary for a mobile game. This data can be used for device fingerprinting or profiling.

While they do specify a timeline, retaining personal data for up to three years after a user stops playing is a lengthy retention period for a mobile game, especially given the breadth of data collected including device identifiers and location.

Changes are simply published on the website, and only 'significant' changes trigger notification. Continued use of the games constitutes acceptance of new terms, with no mechanism for explicit consent to changes.
