"The Launcher declares QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES to see all applications, otherwise users will see an incomplete application drawer. Please note that some integrated third-party SDKs (e.g., attribution or advertising partners) may perform limited access to installed applications for anti-fraud or attribution purposes."

While the app claims on-device-only processing of the full app list, it immediately contradicts this by disclosing that third-party SDKs may access installed applications for attribution and anti-fraud, meaning your app list may leave the device.

"With your explicit consent, the app may access precise location (e.g., GPS) to improve accuracy. Location data may be obtained via GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell towers, depending on the permission granted... Your approximate location is shared with AccuWeather, anonymized, and cached for efficiency."

The app collects precise GPS location and shares location data with AccuWeather and other third parties like Firebase, which also collects approximate location via IP.

"We may share your non-personal information, including usage and device data, with third-party service providers who assist us in operating and improving the App, including cloud storage providers, analytics tools, and crash reporting services... We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data with third parties for research, marketing, or other business purposes."

Data is shared with Firebase, AccuWeather, Adjust, and seven ad networks (AdMob, AppLovin, Pangle, Facebook, Mintegral, Unity, Liftoff), creating a wide web of third-party data sharing for a weather/launcher app.

"Firebase Analytics: Tracks usage and crash data to improve the App. Data Collected: Android ID, Advertising ID, usage data, approximate location (IP-based)... Android ID and Advertising ID are collected by Firebase, Adjust, and multiple ad networks, enabling cross-service tracking and user profiling across apps and platforms.

"This policy may be updated periodically, so please check back regularly for changes... We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted within the App or via email (if provided). Significant changes requiring consent will prompt renewed approval."

The policy can be updated at any time with the burden on users to check regularly. Only 'significant' changes trigger renewed consent, leaving the company to decide what qualifies as significant.

There is no self-service account or data deletion option. Users must email a personal Gmail address, provide device-specific details, and wait up to 30 days or longer for a response.
