UKG shares personal information with a broad range of third parties for purposes including marketing, advertising, AI model training, and product development — well beyond what is strictly necessary for service delivery.

"IP address, Mobile Phone Number, User Settings, Mobile Advertising and Other Unique Identification Numbers, Browser, Device and Operating System Details, Location information (inferred from your IP address), Internet Service Provider, Clickstream Data, Cookie Data... Information about how you interact with and use the Services."

UKG collects mobile advertising IDs, unique device identifiers, clickstream data, and browser/device details, enabling cross-service and cross-device tracking of users.

"We collect... broad geographic location (for example, country or city-level location based on your public IP address)... Location information (inferred from your IP address)... Some of this information may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technology."

UKG infers and collects location data from IP addresses across both website visits and service usage, without offering a clear opt-out for this tracking.

"UKG reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Notice at any time consistent with applicable laws. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices."

UKG can change its privacy notice unilaterally at any time, with no requirement to notify users directly — the burden is on users to periodically check for changes.

"UKG will only retain personal information for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which the information was collected or as required or permitted by applicable laws, (including the resolution of disputes) and in accordance with our customer contracts. When we no longer require your personal information, we will either delete or deidentify it or, if this is not possible, we will securely store it in accordance with this Privacy Notice and cease use of the personal information until deletion is possible."

UKG provides no concrete retention timelines, using vague language like 'necessary' and 'as required or permitted by applicable laws,' and reserves the right to retain data indefinitely if deletion is 'not possible.'
