2"We may encrypt, aggregate and/or anonymize information collected from You or via other means so that the information does not identify You. Our use and disclosure of aggregated, anonymized, and otherwise non-identifiable information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy and Cookie Policy, and we may disclose it to others without limitation for any purpose, including with game developers, advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties."
MARS claims unlimited rights to use and share any data once aggregated or anonymized, with no restrictions whatsoever — and MARS alone determines what qualifies as sufficiently anonymized.

7"Third parties include Google, Facebook, X, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, Moloco, Mintegral, and Adjust, used for Advertising and Analytics purposes. We may allow these third parties to place cookies on your browser that information about your use of the Services. We neither have access to, nor does our cookie policy govern, the use of cookies or other technologies that may be placed on your electronic device by non-affiliated, third-party ad technology, ad servers or ad networks."
MARS shares user data with a large number of advertising and analytics third parties who can place their own cookies and tracking technologies on users' devices, with MARS disclaiming control over those third-party practices.
"We collect other information automatically when You use our products, including: IP address; Mobile and other hardware or device identifiers; Browser information, including your browser type and the language You prefer; Device event information, including crash reports, request and referral URL's and system activity details; Design events used to track your behavior in the game, which can refer to any aspect of the game's design, including, but not limited to, level or character design, bonuses, social interactions, etc."
MARS collects hardware identifiers, device information, and granular behavioral tracking covering virtually every aspect of in-game activity, going well beyond what's needed for basic game functionality.
"MARS may combine and/or analyze your in-game information in an attempt to overall enhance the Services. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to third parties: Identifiers such as username or handle, third party service ID, IP address, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, device serial number... Inferences derived from personal information such as profile reflecting a consumer's preferences, characteristics and behavior."
MARS combines information across services, collects third-party platform IDs (Facebook, Google, TikTok, X), and shares advertising identifiers and inferred behavioral profiles with analytics and advertising partners, enabling cross-service tracking.
"This Privacy and Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy and Cookie Policy on the site. You are advised to consult this Privacy and Cookie Policy regularly for any changes."
MARS can update its privacy policy at any time with notification limited to posting on the site, placing the burden on users to regularly check for changes rather than requiring affirmative consent.
"We will retain your information and data for no longer than is necessary and for the duration of the agreement with You unless we are legally obliged to retain your information such as to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service or other user agreements, or comply with legal requirements; in such case, your personal information will be blocked from use for any other purpose."
The retention period is undefined ('no longer than necessary') with broad exceptions for disputes, ToS enforcement, and legal requirements, giving MARS wide discretion to retain data indefinitely.
"If You would like to exercise any above-mentioned rights, please contact MARS at privacy@mars.games. For your clarification, if your personal data are erased/deleted or completely transferred to a third party, your account may become deactivated."
There is no self-service account or data deletion option; users must email privacy@mars.games and wait up to one month for a response, and deletion results in account deactivation.
"We collect other information automatically when You use our products, including: IP address; Mobile and other hardware or device identifiers... Tracking technologies such as 'pixel tags,' 'web beacons,' 'clear GIFs' or similar means are used to collect usage, demographic and geographical location data."
MARS automatically collects IP addresses and uses pixel tags and similar tracking technologies to collect geographical location data, enabling location tracking without explicit user consent.
