The policy lists over 40 advertising partners and multiple analytics providers that receive user data including advertising IDs, device information, and behavioral data from in-game activity.

"Identifiers: your IP address, advertising ID, HTTP header, device ID, third-party app IDs (apptoken), country and city level location data and device information (such as model, brand, language, and operating system). In follow-up communications, we may request further information about your device and your approximate location if needed to resolve your issue."

Ironhide collects city-level geolocation data automatically from devices, and this location data is also shared with mobile measurement partners and advertising networks.

The app collects a wide range of device identifiers including advertising IDs, device IDs, HTTP headers, and third-party app tokens, which goes beyond what's needed for core game functionality.

"We may use some of your Information to participate in Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience programmes, which enable us to display adverts to both existing and prospective supporters when they visit one of our partners' websites. We may provide an identifier (i.e. your Advertising ID or Facebook ID) to them so they can determine whether you are a registered account holder with them."

Ironhide shares advertising IDs and Facebook IDs with partners to track users across platforms and serve targeted ads on third-party websites, enabling cross-service profiling.

"Any updates or changes to this Policy will be published here. If there are any significant changes, we will notify you through the Website or in-game. When you use the Games, you accept our rules and policies which set out how we handle your Information, and you understand we collect, process, use and store your Information as described in this Policy."

Changes are simply published on the website, and only 'significant' changes warrant notification. Continued use of the games constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

"Your Information is kept for as long as you are registered or using our games. When deleting Information, we will take measures to make the Information irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files which contain Information will be deleted permanently. We may need to retain some of your Information where there are valid grounds for us to do so under data protection laws."

Retention is indefinite as long as you use the games, with no specific timelines given. Even after deletion requests, broad exceptions allow continued retention for legal claims and legitimate interests.
