Users are forced into arbitration in Singapore and waive all rights to class action lawsuits, while IGG reserves the right to use courts of any jurisdiction โ a one-sided arrangement.

IGG collects and shares your installed applications list, multiple device identifiers (device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI), and contacts โ well beyond what a game needs to function.

IGG collects precise GPS geolocation data and shares it with advertising and marketing partners, which is excessive for a gaming service.

IGG can change the privacy policy at any time by simply posting a new version, with no requirement to notify users โ continued use is treated as acceptance.

IGG shares extensive user data with a broad range of third-party partners spanning advertising, analytics, social media, and marketing, with limited transparency about who these partners are.
"Unless applicable laws specify different retention periods, we retain your personal information for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Note that if you ask us to delete your personal information, we may retain your data as necessary for complying with applicable laws and/or for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements."
Even after you request deletion, IGG reserves broad rights to keep your data for vaguely defined 'legitimate business interests' with no specified timeline for actual deletion.
"Internet Protocol (IP) address, web request, domain name, URLs, referring/exit pages, platform type, and mobile device identifiers (e.g. your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI)... Track the content you access in connection with the Services and your online behavior... Deliver, target and improve our advertising and marketing materials."
IGG collects multiple persistent device identifiers (advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI) and tracks online behavior to deliver targeted advertising, enabling cross-service tracking.
"You also have the right to have your personal data deleted, object to how we use or share your personal data, and restrict how we use or share your personal data... If you have questions about data protection or any requests for resolving issues with your personal data, we encourage you to primarily contact us through the game so we can reply to you more quickly or you can also contact us through the ways provided in Clause XII."
There is no self-service account or data deletion option โ users must contact customer support through the game or email, creating friction for exercising deletion rights.
