"Haystack may revise any or all of the fees and prices associated with the fee-based subscription at any time for any or no reason. You may cancel your Haystack TV Premium subscription at any time via your Account Settings or through the App Store where you purchased, however you shall not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid up until the point of cancellation."

Haystack reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time without requiring user consent, and no refunds are provided upon cancellation regardless of how much time remains in the billing period.

"Biometric Information: We collect behavioral information, such as keystrokes, links, screens, and videos accessed by you from our service, which device you are using to access our service."

Haystack can modify the terms and privacy policy at any time, and continued use of the service is treated as acceptance of any changes.

These technologies may also allow third-party ad networks to perform aggregated auditing, analytics, and reporting. Because your device must request these elements directly from ad servers, those third parties may set or read their own cookies or tracking technologies as if you visited them directly."

Third-party advertising partners can directly set cookies and tracking technologies on users' devices through embedded SDKs and pixels, collecting data as if users visited those third parties directly.

"We maintain data related to your usage of the Service for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as may be required (or permitted) by law such as for tax and accounting purposes, or as otherwise communicated to you. Once your account has been terminated, any and all information within your account will be irretrievably deleted by Haystack, except to the extent that we are obliged or permitted to retain such data or information for a certain period of time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or to protect our legitimate business interests."

There is no specific deletion timeline, and Haystack retains broad discretion to keep data after account closure for vaguely defined 'legitimate business interests' in addition to legal requirements.

"Interest-based advertising, also known as personalized or targeted advertising, involves collecting data across different websites and applications to predict your preferences and show you advertisements that are more likely to be of interest to you. Haystack and its partners track user activity across multiple websites and applications to build advertising profiles and deliver targeted ads beyond the Haystack service itself.

"You may terminate this Agreement at any time by emailing us at feedback@haystack.tv with a request to delete your User Profile, and thereafter ceasing to use the Service. Simply deleting the Service from your mobile or television device will not effectively terminate this Agreement. If you ask us to delete your User Profile, we will do so within a reasonable period of time."

Account deletion requires emailing support rather than offering a self-service option, and the deletion timeline is vague ('reasonable period of time'). Data may also be retained after deletion for 'legitimate business interests.'
