End user data — including device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), IP addresses, geolocation, and behavioral inferences — is shared with a broad range of advertising and monetization networks, giving multiple third parties access to detailed user profiles.

ByteBrew collects a wide range of device-level data from end users including advertising identifiers, keyboard language, carrier info, and screen resolution — well beyond what is needed for basic analytics — and shares it with advertising networks.

ByteBrew collects geolocation data including IP addresses and coarse location from both developers and end users, and shares this data with marketers, ad networks, and web analytic providers.

ByteBrew builds behavioral profiles and inferences from collected end user data, and uses advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and cookies for interest-based advertising, enabling cross-app and cross-service tracking of users.

"We retain Personal Data about you for as long as you have an open account with us or as otherwise necessary to provide you with our Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not retain any End User Data for more than twenty-four months, unless otherwise directed by the Developer. We may retain End User Data longer than twenty-four months if required by law, regulatory authority, tax purposes or allowed by law or if End User Data is relevant to serving legitimate business services."

Developer data is retained indefinitely while an account is open with vague extensions. End user data has a 24-month cap but with broad exceptions including "legitimate business services," which effectively allows indefinite retention.

"Please note that if you've opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven't provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes."

ByteBrew can change the privacy policy at any time, and continued use is treated as acceptance — even if the user has opted out of email notifications and may never see the changes.
