7"For the Android version: application information (APK name, version, startup time, process name), user account, device information (model, OS version, brand, CPU structure, root status, the unique identifier of ROM, screen resolution, system startup time, whether an emulator is being operated, the installed APK information, MAC address, network type, names of the running applications, list of file names in the cache directory of SD card application, and Wi-Fi name)."
The app collects installed APK information, names of running applications, MAC address, Wi-Fi name, root status, SD card file names, and other device data that goes well beyond what a strategy game requires to function.
"We may share your information with the following partners: Google AdWords, Google Ads (Analytics; Advertising), Facebook Login/Share/Reporting (Functional; Advertising; Social), Appsflyer (Analytics; Advertising), Unity (Analytics; Functional)... we may share your IDFA (iOS) and/or Advertiser ID (Android) with the relevant advertiser."
User data including advertising identifiers is shared with multiple third-party advertising and analytics companies like Google, Facebook, AppsFlyer, and Unity for tracking and ad targeting purposes.
"Please note that our games or products may be advertised in other applications. If you click on one of these advertisements and install our game, you will become a user of our services. To prevent fraud and verify the installation of the game, we may share your IDFA (iOS) and/or Advertiser ID (Android) with the relevant advertiser."
The app shares device advertising identifiers with advertisers to track users across different applications, linking ad interactions in other apps to game installations.
"If you're a player, we will retain your data. We may retain your information longer for research or statistical purposes. If we retain your information for this purpose, we will ensure that it is anonymized and cannot be traced back to you. We may also retain your information for an extended period if we are unable to delete it for legal or regulatory reasons. However, we will delete data that is no longer needed after a reasonable period of time."
The policy states flatly 'we will retain your data' with no specific deletion timeline, and uses vague language like 'reasonable period of time' for when data no longer needed might be deleted.
"If the changes are significant, we will provide you with a more noticeable notice, such as by sending emails, in-game pop-ups, on the official game website, or other methods of notifying you of changes to this Policy. If you received notifications of content changes to this Policy and decline to do so, you may not be able to continue using our services with full functionality. If you continue to use our services, it indicates that you accept our changes and agree to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our updated Policy."
The company can change the privacy policy at any time and treats continued use of the game as acceptance of new terms, leaving users with the choice of accepting or losing access to the service.
"We will always ask for your consent to give us your location data. We might also obtain information from third parties (such as game agencies) to supplement the information that you provide us. This will help us to place relevant advertisements for you, prevent fraud and/or abuse, and collect your geographical location for tax purposes."
While the policy claims consent for location data, it also collects IP addresses and Wi-Fi names which enable passive location tracking, and obtains geographical location from third parties for advertising and tax purposes.
"Deleting your game account will result in the loss of all of your game progress, virtual currency, virtual items, and ability to access the game. You can contact us to withdraw your consent or delete your game account. However, if you withdraw your consent or your game account is deleted, we may be unable to provide you with some or all services."
There is no self-service account deletion option — users must contact support, and deletion results in complete loss of all game progress, currency, and items, which serves as a strong deterrent against exercising this right.
