"We may allow third-party partners to serve personalized ads on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These third-party partners will collect, use, store, share or otherwise process your information solely for the purpose of providing you personalized ads. We neither have access to, nor does this Privacy Policy govern, the use of tracking technologies that may be placed on your device you use to access the services provided by such non-affiliated third parties."

Third-party advertising partners independently collect and process user data via tracking technologies on users' devices, and Readink disclaims responsibility for how those partners handle the data.

"The ads may be based on various factors such as the content of the page you are visiting, information you enter such as demographic data, usage data and other information we collect from you. These ads may also be based on your current activity or your activity over time and across other websites and online services and may be tailored to your interests."

Readink and its ad partners track user activity across multiple websites and online services over time to build interest profiles for targeted advertising.

"After six months, we permanently delete your Personal Information from our systems, except that your anonymized comments and contributions will remain on the Service. We may keep some of your data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations."

Readink retains user data for vaguely defined "legitimate business interests" with no clear timeline, and user-generated content remains on the platform permanently even after account deletion.

"If you need to close your account, please email to legal@Readink.app. Your account will first be deactivated for a period of six months. If you want to delete your data, you can request deletion of your data at any time by contact us at legal@Readink.app. We will evaluate such requests on a case by case basic."

There is no self-service account deletion option — users must email support, requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and accounts go through a mandatory 6-month deactivation period before deletion.

"Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent; in other cases, please note that your continued use of the Services after any change means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the revised Privacy Policy."

For any changes that Readink doesn't consider a reduction of rights, continued use of the service is treated as automatic acceptance of the new terms with no requirement for explicit consent.

"Information we automatically collect from your use of our Services, including: IP address, Cookie data, Device information, Browser type, Operating system, Pages visited. We also share certain information with these third parties, such as your IP, GAID, device version, country code, and network type."

Readink automatically collects IP addresses which reveal user location, and shares IP addresses and country codes with third-party advertisers for ad targeting purposes.

"Information we automatically collect from your use of our Services, including: IP address, Cookie data, Device information, Browser type, Operating system, Pages visited. To provide you with personalized ads, we also share certain information with these third parties, such as your IP, GAID, device version, country code, and network type."

Readink automatically collects device information, operating system details, and Google Advertising ID (GAID), sharing these device-level identifiers with third-party advertisers.
