User data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and business communications is shared with multiple third-party services including HubSpot (US), AWS (US), Microsoft, and Brevo, with data potentially transferred to and stored in the United States.

"The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website."

When social media plugins are activated, providers like Meta and X build advertising and usage profiles from your activity on TelemetryDeck's website, even if you are not logged into those social networks.

If you would like to have your personal data deleted from Brevo, please inform us informally by e-mail. ... According to legal regulations in Germany, storage may be required for up to 10 years due to commercial and tax law requirements."

Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not automatically delete your personal data from the third-party email provider Brevo — you must separately request deletion by email. Other data may be retained for up to 10 years.
