Nearly every category of personal data — including profile data, geolocation, device data, social network data, photos, and demographic data — is disclosed to advertising partners and analytics partners, creating a broad data-sharing ecosystem around users.

Feeld collects precise GPS data and IP-based location information and shares it with advertising partners, analytics partners, and business partners — going beyond what's needed for core dating functionality.

"We participate in interest-based advertising and use third-party advertising companies to serve you targeted advertisements based on your online browsing history and your interests. To do this, we or our advertising partners may collect information about how you use or connect to our Services, or the types of other websites, social media services, content and ads that you (or others using your device) visit or view or connect to our Services so that we or our advertising partners may play or display ads on our Services you may use, and on other devices you may use."

Feeld and its advertising partners track user activity across websites, social media services, and multiple devices to build behavioral profiles for targeted advertising, enabling extensive cross-service tracking.

"Feeld may collect data relating to your navigation and use of the Feeld app via third-party service provider Amplitude. This collection of data may include the recording of your screen activity while you use and navigate the Feeld app ('Session Replay'). Device/IP Data Examples of Personal Data Collected: IP address, Device ID, Domain server, Type of device/operating system/browser used to access the Services, Browser plug-in types and versions, Internet service provider, Preferred language."

Feeld records users' screen activity via session replays through Amplitude and collects extensive device fingerprinting data including browser plugins, device IDs, and ISP information — going well beyond core dating app functionality.

"Typically, a user's account data is deleted 3 months after termination of their account. Please note, however, that we will continue to retain transactional records and customer service records. We may also retain your member account information for a longer period in certain circumstances, including in the event of an on-going complaint, in the context of a criminal, financial or regulatory investigation (or similar), if we consider on-going retention is needed to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of Feeld staff, other users or other third parties, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation."

Account data takes 3 months to delete after termination, and Feeld retains broad discretion to keep data indefinitely under vague justifications like 'prospect of litigation' or protecting 'wellbeing' of staff and third parties.

"We may update this privacy policy from time to time, so you should review this page periodically. When we change this privacy policy in a material way, we will update the 'last modified' date at the end of this privacy policy. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page. We reserve the right to amend this Annex at our discretion and at any time... Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes."

Feeld can change its privacy policy at any time with no meaningful notice beyond updating a date on the page, and continued use is treated as acceptance of the new terms.

"If you have created an account with us, it will be terminated when you decide to terminate your account or after your account has remained paused ('Deactivated') continuously for 1 year. Typically, a user's account data is deleted 3 months after termination of their account. Please note, however, that we will continue to retain transactional records and customer service records."

There is a mandatory 3-month waiting period between account termination and actual data deletion, and certain records are retained indefinitely even after deletion completes.
