Cash Giraffe: Games & Rewards

"A list of apps currently installed on your end device, as well as apps that you have already installed (but that you have deinstalled) in the operating system installed on your end device, including a use history of all these apps, will be sent to us during the installation of Cash Giraffe. For the logging of the use data within Cash Giraffe, we measure the so-called "customer journey". For this purpose, each click or typing of a key within Cash Giraffe will be logged and linked to your profile or stored on the server."

The app collects a comprehensive inventory of all installed and previously uninstalled apps, their full usage history (date, time, duration), and logs every click or keystroke within the app, linking it all to the user's profile.

"This includes the so-called Google Advertiser ID ("GAID" for Android) and the so-called Apple Identifier for Advertisers ("IDFA" for Apple iOS), the Widevine ID, the model and product name of your end device, the version of the operating system, the browser type used and its display resolution, as well as the IP address allocated to your end device. In order for app providers to finance our app suggestions, they must be sent the device ID for billing purposes."

The app collects advertising IDs (GAID/IDFA), Widevine ID, and device fingerprinting data, and shares device IDs with third-party app providers, enabling cross-service tracking and profiling.

"So that app providers can finance our app proposals, your device ID must be transferred to them for billing purposes. The data is linked to your device via the device ID (GAID or IDFA) transmitted to our servers in encrypted form. adjoe GmbH — Software Service provider for optimized advertising and fraud prevention."

User device IDs are shared with third-party app providers for billing, and data is processed by multiple third-party services including an advertising optimization company (adjoe), Amazon Web Services, and an SMS provider in Dubai.

"For as long as you set up a user account for our services, we will store and process your personal data for the duration of your use of Cash Giraffe, until you terminate it or until you request that we erase your data. We can retain certain personal data in order to comply with our statutory and regulatory obligations, and to enable us to manage our rights (e.g. the assertion of our rights in court), or for statistical purposes."

Data is retained indefinitely as long as the account exists, and even after deletion is requested, the company reserves a broad right to retain data for legal claims or 'statistical purposes' with no defined timeline.

"We always keep this Data Privacy Statement up-to-date. Therefore, we reserve the right to change it from time to time and update it with changes during the collection, processing and use of your data. Therefore, please read through this Data Privacy Statement regularly."

The company reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time without providing direct notice to users, placing the burden on users to regularly check for updates.

"The withdrawal of your consent and the termination of the use of Cash Giraffe is possible at any time with future effect, and can be sent to justDice GmbH via email at contact@appstation.online or by post to justDice GmbH, An der Alster 42, 20099 Hamburg. If you withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted from the Cash Giraffe database; if deletion is not possible, the processing of your data will be restricted instead of its being deleted."

There is no in-app self-service deletion option; users must contact support via email or postal mail. Additionally, the company hedges that if deletion 'is not possible,' data will merely be restricted rather than deleted.

If our server logs also automatically log your IP address, this will take place solely for the purpose of guaranteeing the security of our systems, or for fraud prevention, and the IP address will be automatically erased after 30 days at the latest."

The app collects the user's IP address as part of its standard data collection, which enables IP-based geolocation. IP addresses are retained in server logs for up to 30 days.
