"Appvestor accesses and processes phone numbers of, and duration of, incoming and outgoing calls and contact lists with Your explicit consent, to be able to provide You with Our caller ID service. Appvestor also accesses and makes use of the Advertising Identifier (Advertiser ID) connected to the installed app and may access and use the documentation on Your consent within Your Google Account setting regarding personalized advertisements."

The app accesses highly sensitive data including full contact lists, call logs with phone numbers and durations, and advertising identifiers — the contact list and call duration data go beyond what a basic call blocker needs.

"Furthermore, when You use Our Service, Our Data Partners may, only with Your explicit consent, collect certain device and location data (this may include both approximate location and precise location) to be able to offer a range of services to third parties that include, but are not limited to, a more customized ad experience, location analysis, targeted advertising as well as improved app functionality and user experience through analytics."

A call blocking app collects both precise and approximate location data and shares it with third-party data partners for targeted advertising and location analysis — entirely unrelated to the app's core functionality.

"We are currently partnered with the following Data Partners who all act as independent Data Controllers to whom Your data will be transferred: Google, Facebook Audience Network, The Umlaut InsightCoreSDK, Tutela, Outlogic, Cell Rebel, Cuebiq, Opensignal, AppLovin, OpenWeather, GNews, m2catalyst, Liftoff. All of Our Service Providers reserve the right to use and merge the transferred information for statistics, customizing ads in apps and other advertising, and user support without restrictions regarding applicability in time."

User data is transferred to 14+ third-party companies acting as independent data controllers, meaning each partner sets their own rules for how the data is used, with no time restrictions on usage.

"Appvestor also accesses and makes use of the Advertising Identifier (Advertiser ID) connected to the installed app. Our business partners may merge the collected data elements to offer You certain services when You click on ads delivered via Our Services in accordance with their stated purposes in their respective privacy policies."

The advertising ID is shared with data partners who can merge it with data from other sources, enabling cross-app and cross-service tracking and profiling of users.

"Your Data will be retained until the purpose of use is achieved or You choose to have it deleted. How long specific personal data is retained depends on the purpose for its use, however, we will delete your personal data in accordance with applicable law. Retention Period: Until You choose to delete data or the agreement term with Service Provider expires."

There are no concrete retention timelines — data is kept indefinitely until the user proactively requests deletion or a vaguely defined 'purpose' is achieved, and data partners retain it until their own agreements expire.
