OpenAI may process such data in accordance with its own policies."

User text queries and location data are sent to OpenAI's servers for the Aura feature, and OpenAI processes this data under its own policies — meaning the user's data is subject to a third party's terms that iCandi does not control.

"We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy."

The company can change the privacy policy at any time with no direct notice to users beyond updating a date on the page, and continued use is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
