"We may give you the ability to import your address book contacts, including names, e-mail addresses, and social media handles, if available, or manually enter them so that you can find your contacts on Supercharge and invite them to user our apps or to other of our Services. We may receive information about you from other Supercharge users who import or manually share their contacts. We use and may store any or all of this contact information to enable you and your contacts to connect through all of our Services."

Supercharge collects address book contacts including names, emails, and social media handles, and also collects information about which Supercharge apps are installed on your device, MAC addresses, IDFA, and IMEI — much of which goes beyond core app functionality.

"If you use Supercharge apps or access our other Services on your mobile device, in addition to your device identifiers, we may also automatically collect: the name you have associated with your device; your country; your specific geolocation; and information about Supercharge apps you have on your device."

Supercharge automatically collects your specific geolocation from mobile devices, not just approximate or country-level location, which constitutes precise location tracking.

"We and our service providers use these technologies to collect and analyze certain kinds of technical information, including: IP addresses; the type of computer or mobile device you are using; your operating system version; your mobile device's identifiers, such as your MAC Address, Identifier For Advertising (IDFA), and/or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)... We may connect this information with your social network ID (where available) or Supercharge user ID."

Supercharge links device identifiers (MAC, IDFA, IMEI), social network IDs, and browsing/app activity into unified profiles, enabling cross-service and cross-device tracking of users.

"We may share information we collect with our third party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including, but not limited to, payment processing, e-mail delivery, hosting services, and customer service. ... A unique identifier, in some cases your social network ID or Supercharge user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider."

User data including unique identifiers is shared with a broad range of third parties — service providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, and offer wall providers — with minimal specificity about who these parties are.

"We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review it frequently. You should periodically check this privacy page for updates. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy as modified."

Supercharge can change the privacy policy at any time without providing direct notice to users, and treats continued use as acceptance of the new terms.

"We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements. For instance, we may retain some information for a few years after you have closed your account with us if this is necessary to meet our legal obligations or to exercise, defend or establish legal rights."

Retention periods are vague ('necessary for business purposes') with no specific timelines, and data may be kept for years after account closure under broad justifications.

"If you no longer want Supercharge to use of your information, you may send an e-mail to contact@superchargemobile.app Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and your social network ID... We will respond to your request within ninety days. Please note that certain records, for example those relating to payments or customer service matters, will be held for legal and accounting purposes."

There is no self-service account deletion — users must email support with specific details, wait up to 90 days for a response, and some data is retained even after deletion.
