Easybrain and its ad partners scan the user's installed app inventory, which reveals sensitive information about user interests, habits, and preferences far beyond what is needed for core game functionality.

"When you download and use our Services, we automatically detect your general location, namely country and state through your IP address. We may collect, with your consent if applicable, other location information through your IP address, such as the city you are in."

Location is automatically collected on every use via IP address, with more granular city-level location collected with consent. For a puzzle game company, automatic location detection is not essential to core functionality.

"Some of these technologies enable the synchronization of behaviors and preferences across different platforms, devices, and apps. This allows us to tailor content, features, and advertisements to your interests. In addition, we and certain advertising networks may access your inventory of installed apps to avoid advertising already installed apps."

Easybrain and its ad partners synchronize user behavior across platforms, devices, and apps, building cross-device profiles using advertising IDs and SDKs to track users across their digital footprint.

"We use third party service providers, contractors and partners to assist in operating and improving our services... Information may be shared with advertising partners who distribute advertising within the services. Details about these advertising networks can be found in 'APPENDIX A - Advertising networks and their partners'."

Personal data is shared with a wide ecosystem of advertising networks, analytics partners, and service providers via embedded SDKs that collect data directly from users' devices.

"Your Personal Data collected through our Services will be retained for as long as permitted by applicable law or necessary depending on the respective purpose of collection and shall be deleted when they no longer serve one of the above-mentioned purposes or shall be anonymized. It is clarified that in no case the retention period should exceed the 5 years from the date of collection."

While capped at 5 years, the retention policy is vague — data is kept as long as 'necessary' or 'permitted by law' with no specific timelines per data type, giving Easybrain broad discretion to retain data for years.

"This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and we encourage you to review it periodically. Your continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of changes to this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we may notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy with a prominent notice on our Services."

Easybrain can change the privacy policy at any time, and merely continuing to use the app constitutes acceptance. Notification is discretionary ('in some cases'), not guaranteed.
